Yellow/Zucchini Squash

1 can diced tomatoes with garlic
and onion
(or use about 1 quart of tomatoes
and add one medium onion chopped and one clove of garlic
chopped fine
( 2 or 3 if you like the taste of garlic)

4 or 5 yellow squash
(small ones preferred) I peel my squash
I can whole kernel corn
salt and pepper to taste
|
Combine tomatoes, squash, corn, salt and pepper in large frying pan. Cook until tomatoes are reduced and
squash are tender crisp.. Enjoy. It's delcious!
