Parmesan Scalloped Potatoes
2 tablespoons butter
4 red potatoes, peeled, sliced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup half and half, or light cream
|
Butter a large casserole. Arrange a single layer of potatoes in the bottom. Season lightly with parmesan,
salt, and pepper. Continue to layer and season potatoes. Pour half & half over all. Bake, covered,
at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes, until tender and golden.
Serve hot.
