4 10-oz pkgs. chopped frozen broccoli
2 cans cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
4 eggs, well beaten
2 cups sharp cheese, grated
2 cups mayonnaise
2 Tbsp chopped onion
salt & pepper to taste
1 stack Ritz crackers
butter
