Mushroom Soup Casserole

4 10-oz pkgs. chopped frozen broccoli

2 cans cream of mushroom soup, undiluted

4 eggs, well beaten

2 cups sharp cheese, grated

2 cups mayonnaise

2 Tbsp chopped onion

salt & pepper to taste

1 stack Ritz crackers

butter

Cook broccoli 5 minutes, after boiling Drain well Mix all other ingredients, except crackers and butter, with broccoli Put into a 13x9' glass baking dish Top with crushed crackers and dot with butter Bake 350 45 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
