Bacon Cheese Potatoes

4 large baking potatoes, peeled and sliced 1 onion, chopped 1/2 cup celery, chopped 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled 2/3 cup margarine 8 oz. pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
Place slices on a large piece of heavy foil. Cover with onion, celery, and pepper. Season with salt and pepper and margarine. Sprinkle with bacon and cover with cheese. Seal tightly. Place in a pan and bake one hour in a 350 degree oven. #081
