Special Diet Recipes

Hello and welcome to Aunt Runner's Special Diets Recipe Index. Here you will find visitor submitted recipes as well as many that I have found myself. I realize that special diet recipes are very hard to find and I will do my best to provide you with easy, tasty recipes that will meet your special dietary requirements.

To Save and Print the recipes, follow these simple instructions:
* Put your mouse cursor at the place you want to start copying
* Click your left mouse button down and highlight the text you want to copy
* Press the "CTRL" key and hold it down then press the "C" key on your keyboard (OR)
* Go to the top of your browser and click on "Edit" then click on "Copy".

You will now need to paste this somewhere so you can print it. Any word processor will do, NotePad works well also. To paste the recipe in your word processor simply press and hold down the CTRL key and press V, or a the top of the window click EDIT and then PASTE.

You may need to do some slight formatting of the text such as breaking up a very long line of text or deleting characters. To break up a line, place your mouse pointer at a place where you want a break and press the ENTER key. To delete characters, place your mouse pointer to the left of a character you want to delete and press the DELETE key.

You can then print your recipes by clicking FILE and PRINT at the top of your window.
