Sausage, Pickle, Tortellini Soup

1 pound of frozen tortellini
2 pounds of hot or mild italian sausage
1 large zuchini
4 carrots
1 green pepper
3 stalks celery
1 jar of dill sliced pickles
( rinse pickle juice off and use 1/2 - 3/4 of the jar)
1 can peeled tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
2 tablespoons chopped garlic
4 beef bouillion cubes
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon basil
3 bay leaves
salt and pepper to taste
Cook sausage in frying pan on low heat with water. Cook till about done. Peel skin and slice. In large pot, fill 1/2 full with water, add bouillion cubes, tomatoes, tomato sauce, celery, carrots, garlic, green pepper, cooked sausage slices, and spices.
Boil for about 35 mins.
Add mushrooms, zuchini, pickles and tortellini. Cook for another 20 mins.
Cook sausage in separate pan with a little water till about done. Remove skin and slice.
