Heat broth in large saucepan over high heat until hot: reduce heat so that broth simmers gently.
Blend soy sauce into cornstarch in a cup until smooth: stir into broth:cook & stir 2 min or until
soup boils & thickens slighty.
Beat egg with egg white in small bowl. stirring constantly in one direction, slowly pour egg mixture in
a thin stream into soup.
Ladle into soup bowls. Sprinkle with green onions.
Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
