Easy Cabbage Borscht

2 medium size cabbages
2 lbs. stewing beef cut in 1" cubes
1 2 liter size gingerale either
regular or sugar free

1 32oz. ketchup + 1 bottle
water to rinse out ketchup
|
Insert slicer tool in food processor & slice both cabbages. Put remaining ingredients in large enough
pot with sliced cabbage. Cook about 2 hours or until meat is completely cooked. Do not season with salt
or pepper as the borscht has a delightful sweet-sour flavor.
