A local restaurant is famous for their slaw with a special dressing. The cabbage is shredded very fine (angel hair slaw mix in store works great) and the dressing is poured over the top. Be generous with the amount of dressing you pour on, as folks like to mix it up in the slaw. Different and very good. Locals have eaten this at John's Restaurant for years and the dressing is now sold in stores. This recipe is an adaptation and works pretty good!
