Oriental Chicken Salad
3 cooked chicken breasts, torn into bite-sized pieces
3-4 chopped green onions
1 t. salt
1/4 C. slivered almonds

1/4 C. peanut oil
2 T. soy sauce
1 tsp. Sesame oil
1 T. Sesame seeds
|
Pile all ingredients, except oil, in a bowl or on a platter in the order given. Heat peanut oil until
it is smoking. Pour over chicken. Toss and serve. Serves 2
