Chicken Pasta Fruit Salad

4 cups cooked pasta (any fun shaped) cooled
2 cups diced chicken breast, cooled
5 stalks celery, diced
2 large apples (your choice) diced

2 cups grape halves
1 20oz can pineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (or to taste)
2 11oz. cans mandarin oranges, drained


Mix all together and add dressing. Place in frig. until ready to serve.

Dressing:
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Black pepper and nutmeg to taste

SALAD BEST IF MADE THE NIGHT BEFORE OR ABOUT 12 HOURS BEFORE SERVING
