That Impossible Pie

4 beaten eggs
2 Cups milk
1 1/2 Cup Sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 Cup flour

1/4 tsp Baking powder
1 1/4 Cup Coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 Cup butter
|
Mix together all ingredients except the butter.
Melt 1/4 Cup butter and pour over the mixture. Don't stir, pour into a pie pan. Bake 40 minutes at 350.
This pie will form its own crust. Has a rich flavor. Can use margarine instead of butter.
