Mix together the unbeaten egg whites and sugar. Stir in graham cracker crumbs, pecans and coconut. Stir
together by hand until well blended. Pour into un-baked pie shell. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven until
glossy and set, about 25 minutes. Do not over-bake. Center should be gooey. Serve with sliced bananas
and whipped cream.
