No Crust Coconut Pie
4 eggs, beaten
1 3/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup butter

2 cups milk
1 1/2 cup coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix sugar and flour together. Combine mixture with eggs, butter, milk, coconut and vanilla. Pour into
a greased pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
