Decadent Brownie Pie
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
1 cup (6 ounces) chocolate chips
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 (14 ounce) can Sweetened
Condensed Milk

1/2 cup biscuit baking mix
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped nuts
Whipped cream

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake pie crust 10 minutes; remove from oven. Reduce oven temperature to 325
degrees. In small saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with butter. With mixter, beat chocolate mixture
with Sweetened Condensed Milk, biscuit mix, eggs and vanilla in large bowl until smooth. Stir in nuts.
Pour into pie crust. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until center is set. Cool at least 1 hour. Serve warm, or
cool to room temperature. Serve with whipped cream. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
