Chocolate Chess Pie

1- 1/2 cups sugar
3 Tbsp. Cocoa
1/4 cup oleo, melted
2 eggs, beaten

1/8 tsp. salt
5 oz. can pet milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 to 3/4 cup chopped pecans
|
Mix sugar, cocoa and melted oleo. Stir until well blended.
Add eggs and beat with mixer 2- 1/2 minutes, add salt, milk and vanilla.
Stir in pecans, pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes or until filling is firm.
Good served with cool whip.
