Sweet & Sour Pork

4-6 pork chops, cut into cubes
1 egg, beaten
1/4 C. flour
2 Tlb. water
8 oz can pineapple chunks
dash of salt
1 Tbl. cornstarch

3 Tbl. vinegar
2 Tbl. soy sauce
1/4 C. dry sherry
1/4 C. oil
1Tlb brown sugar
egg noodles, cooked

Combine egg, flour, salt and water. Stir in pork. Heat oil. Put egg mixture and pork in pan. Drain pineapples.
To pineapple juice, add cornstarch, vinegar, sugar, sherry, and soy sauce. Add the juice mixture. Cook
covered for 5 minutes. Stir in pineapple chunks. Serve over noodles, or rice, if desired.
