Sweedish Meatballs

1 can cream/mushroom soup
1/2 can water
1/4 c. sour cream (nonfat is great)
1 lb ground beef
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs

1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 egg beaten
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 Tbsp. oil
Wide egg yolk noodles
|
Combine soup water sour cream in bowl mix, set aside. Large bowl make meatballs, beef, bread crumbs, onion,
nutmeg. Shape into 16 balls. In a 10 inch skillet heat oil on medium heat brown the meatballs. Spoon fat
out of skillet. Mix in soup mixture. Stir simmer on low. DO NOT BOIL. 10 minutes.
