In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, ginger and pepper; blend well. Rub mixture on both sides of pork
chops. Heat electric skillet over medium heat. Coat with cooking spray and add pork chops; cook 2-3 minutes
per side or until browned. In a small bowl combine ketchup, soy sauce, and honey; blend well. Pour over
chops. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 min. or until chops are tender. Serve over hot cooked rice.
