SPAM-N-POTATOES

Diced Potatoes
1 chopped onion
1/2 stick of margarine

1 can Spam
1/2 cup grated cheese
|
Melt butter in saucepan. Add potatoes and onions, cook until potatoes are almost done. Dice spam and add
to mixture. Stir and cook until Spam is browned. Top with grated cheese, cover pan, allowing cheese to
melt.
