In a large skillet, brown pork chops lightly.
Drain and place in a 13x9 inch baking dish. In the same skillet, combine the soup, water, rice, 1/4 cup
cheese, onion, green pepper and mushrooms; mix well. Pour over pork chops. Cover with foil and bake at
325 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Uncover and top with remaining cheese. Return to the oven until
cheese melts
