Place flour in a large mixing bowl; make a well in center. Add eggs, water and salt in well. Knead for
30 minutes. On a lightly floured surface, roll out to 1/8" thickness. Cut with sharp knife into desired
widths and lengths (egg noodle size). Lay noodles on lightly floured surface and allow to dry for 2 hours.
Place chicken breasts in a large pan and cover with water. Simmer until chicken breasts are done. Remove
chicken breasts from water, leaving water in pan. When chicken has cooled, debone and return meat to pan.
Add chicken broth to pan. When noodles are dried, bring chicken and broth to a fast boil, add noodles
and simmer until noodles are done, approximately 15-20 minutes.
