Green Country Peppers

6 medium green peppers
1 Lb. pork sausage
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 C. chopped onion
1 1/2 C. cooked rice
1 jar Cheez Whiz or 8 oz. American cheese
1/2 C. catsup
Salt and Pepper
Brown meat and drain. Add onions; cook until tender. Stir in most of the cheese and catsup. Season to taste. Fill peppers. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Top with remaining cheese to serve.
