Dinner Club Enchiladas

2(10 3/4 OZ) can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 (10 OZ) can Rotel tomatoes
1 1/4 OZ. dry Taco seasoning mix

1/2 cup chopped onion
3 cups shredded American cheese
1 lb. ground meat
1 pkg. flour tortillas (12)

Heat over to 350. Mix soup, tomatoes and sour cream. Heat until warm in over or microwave. Brown meat
an drain. Add taco seasoning and onions. Simmer a few minutes. Dip tortillas in soup mixture. Fill each
tortilla with meat and cheese and roll up. Place in a 9x13" sprayed casserole dish. Pour remaining
soup mixture over enchiladas and top with cheese. Bake 20-30 minutes or until bubbly. Watch carefully
so the cheese will no burn. You may use cheddar cheese.
