Chicken and Stuffing Bake
4 C herb seasoned stuffing mix
1/2 C boiling water
1 Tsp butter or margarine
6 boneless skinless chicken
breast halves
paprika to taste

10 3/4 oz can condensed cream of
mushroom soup
1/3 C milk
1 Tsp chopped fresh parsley
|
Preheat oven to 400 degree. Spray a 3 qt. shallow baking pan with non-stick vegetable spray. In a large
bowl, combine stuffing, water & butter. Spoon stuffing mixture into center of prepared baking pan.
Place chicken on each side of stuffing. Sprinkle with paprika. In a small bowl, combine soup, milk &
parsley. Pour over chicken. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake for 15 min. Remove aluminum foil &
bake for 15 min. or until chicken is tender.
