1 1/2 pounds hamburger
1 1/2 cups chopped onion
1 1/2 cups chopped celery

1 1/2 cups catsup
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
2 Tablespoons vinegar
|
Brown hamburger, onion and celery.
Add catsup, brown sugar and vinegar.
These are best if prepared ahead and simmered slowly for several hours.
