Baked Spaghetti
Baked Spaghetti
8 oz. spaghetti
1 Tablespoon margarine
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained

1 cup sauteed vegetables,
choose from or combine:
yellow squash, zucchini, mushrooms,
onions or bell peppers

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain well; coat with 1 Tablespoon margarine. Fold into spaghetti,
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese. Place spaghetti in a baking dish. Mix into the spaghetti the sauteed vegetables
and ground beef. Top with the remaining Mozzarella cheese and sprinkle Parmesan cheese. Place in a preheated
350 degree oven until cheese melts, approximately 10 minutes. (do not overcook)
