Monkey Bread
4 tubes refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

1 cup sugar
3/4 cup butter (1-1/2 sticks)
3/4 tsp cinnamon

Grease 2 bread pans. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour 3/4 cup sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon in a paper bag
and shake to mix. Open each tube of biscuits and cut each biscuit into four parts. Shake pieces in bag
with sugar/cinnamon mixture. Place coated pieces evenly in the two greased bread pans. Put 1 cup sugar,
3/4 cup butter or margarine, and 3/4 tsp cinnamon in small pot and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Boil for 1 minute. Pour half of mixture evenly over each pan of biscuits. Bake for 30 minutes.
