One package hot dog weiners
4 tablespoons oil (or more if needed)

1 package Jiffy corn bread mix
(or yellow self rising corn meal,
one egg, and 1/3 cup milk)
|
Cut weiners in half, drop in cornbread meal mixture, spoon onto hot griddle, brown on both sides. Served
w/ketchup or mustard..makes a quick and easy lunch treat for kids! (and adults, too!)
