Mom's Pepper Jelly
1/2 cup red or green hot peppers
(leave seed in)
1 1/2 cup sweet pepper; red or green
(remove seed)

6 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups vinegar
1 bottle Certo
|
Mix peppers, sugar and vinegar. Boil 3 minutes. Add Certo and boil 1 minute longer. Remove from heat and
let set for 5 minutes. Pour in jars and seal.
