Barbra's Instant Coffee Mix
2/3 cups powdered non-dairy
coffee creamer
|
|
2/3 cups sugar
1/4 cup freeze-dried coffee
|
|
Mix all ingredients in the blender until it is powdered. (I use a small cup made for the blender that
blends sugar to powdered sugar.) Store in an air tight container.
Makes 1 cup. Enough for 5 to 6 servings.
For each serving- place 2 rounded Tablespoons into a coffee cup and add 6 ounces of hot water. Stir well
and enjoy.
Notes: If you like chocolate you can add 2 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa to make a mocha coffee.Instead
of the regular non-dairy creamer, I like to use the flavored coffee creamers you can buy at the store.
Some people think that this mixture is a little to sweet, you can cut the sugar down if you like, or purchase
the creamer without sugar. You can also crush peppermints, 2 or 4 for every recipe you make and add it
to the mixture. I love this with the cocoa coffee.
