Sour Cream Cornbread
1/4 C. cooking oil
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 6-oz pkg cornbread or muffin mix
1 small can creamed corn
1 8-0z carton sour cream
Beat oil and eggs lightly. Add salt and muffin mix. Mix in creamed corn and sour cream. Pour into hot
greased pan. (Can be made up as muffins, as well) Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Enjoy!
