1 ready graham cracker pie crust
8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
1/3 cup sugar

flaked coconut as desired
small can crushed pineapple
8 oz container cool whip topping

Drain pineapple. Combine cream cheese & sugar. Then add coconut & just enough pineapple juice
to mix.Then gently fold in cool whip,til creamy. Spoon into pie shell. Top with pineapple. Sprinkle with
coconut. Refrigerate for 3 hrs. If you love pineapple & coconut,this is so yummy.
