Beat egg whites into peaks; set aside. In large mixing bowl, whip cream cheese. Add sugar gradually until
smooth. Add egg yolks 1 at a time. Add sour cream and flavorings. Add flour until blended. Fold in egg
whites. Coat bottom of 9" spring form pan (I line the whole pan with foil) with butter. Dust with
graham cracker crumbs. Pour mixture into pan. Preheat oven to 325, bake in center of oven for 1 hour.
Turn off oven and leave in for an additional 1 1/2 hour. Top with favorite fruit topping, or serve plain.
