Banana Split Cheesecake

14 crushed graham crackers
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup melted butter
3 pkgs. softened cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

1/2 cup mashed banana
sliced strawberries
sliced bananas
1 tsp. lemon juice
Pineapple tidbits
chopped peanuts
melted chocolate chips

Combine Graham crackers, 1/4 cup sugar and 1/3 cup melted butter and press into bottom of pan. Combine
cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs then fold in 1/2 cup mashed banana. Pour into crust. Bake at
350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool 15 minutes then refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight. Before
serving top with sliced strawberries, sliced bananas coated in 1 tsp. lemon juice, pineapple tidbits,
chopped peanuts and melted chocolate chips.
