Spread one sheet of phyllo folded in half with meld butter.
Sprinkle with sugar/cinnamon mixture and chopped walnuts.
Place heaping tablespoon of filling near one end of phyllo.
Fold sides of phyllo dough toward midline, butter and sprinkle with sugar/cinnamon.
Roll from filling to end of phyllo sheet.
Place on buttered baking sheet and sprinkled with sugar/cinnamon.
Bake at 400 F. for 10 minutes.
Filling can be any pie filling. We use apple filling with rum
extract and cinnamon added.
We serve this with Honey Apple Cinnamon Sauce and Ice Cream.
