Super Easy Sugar Cookies
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup margarine or butter, softened
1/3 cup oil
1 Tbsp. milk
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract

1 egg
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar

Heat oven to 375 degrees. In large bowl, beat 3/4 cup sugar, margarine, oil, milk, almond extract and
egg until light and fluffy. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt; blend well. Spread evenly in ungreased
15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan; sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or
until light golden brown. Cool 5 minutes. Cut into bars. 48 cookies.
