Pecan Fingers

1/4 lb butter
2 Tbs sugar
1 Cup plain Flour
|

1 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt
1 Cup finely chopped pecans
|
|
Melt butter and add other ingredients - mix thoroughly - mold into fingers and bake at 325 degrees for
20 minutes - remove from heat, let cool, and roll in confectioner's sugar.
