Peanut Butter Cookies
2 C. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 C. margarine
1 C. peanut butter
3/4 C. sugar

3/4 C. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
20 frosted mini wheats,
crushed or 60 bite size crushed

Stir all dry ingredients together, cream margarine and sugars , then add eggs, peanut butter, vanilla,
then stir in mini wheats and mix . Drop by Tbsp. full on ungreased baking sheets push down with fork a
criss cross pattern like you would do with reg. peanut butter cookies. Bake at 350 degrees for 14 mininutes.
Remove immediately.
