Recipe - Cookies/Candy 002

Center (filling):
2 sticks butter, melted
2 boxes powdered sugar, (2 lbs.)
1 can Eagle Brand Milk
2 cups finely chopped Pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
Chocolate Mixture to dip candy in:
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Nestles
Chocolate Chips
1/4 lb. Paraffin
Mix all of the filling ingredients in a large bowl. Refrigerate until well chilled. Roll in small balls. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
The next day, melt 12 oz. pkg. of Nestles Choc. Chips with 1/4 lb. paraffin in a double boiler. Keep warm.
Dip balls, using toothpicks, into chocolate mixture. Place on wax paper. Let cool. Store covered in the refrigerator.
