Cinnamon-Toffee Pecan Cookies
1 (18 ounce) package
Refrigerated Sugar Cookies
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

2 teaspoons vanilla
3/4 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup almond brickle baking chips

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray cookie sheets with nonstick cooking spray. In large bowl, break up cookie
dough. Add cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla; mix well. Add pecans and baking chips; mix well. Drop dough by
heaping teaspoonfuls 3 inches apart onto sprayed cookie sheets.24 cookies
