Preheat oven to 375
Stir first three ingredients together. Set aside.
Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
Add vanilla, almond extract and egg.
Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture. Mix well.
Add oats, almonds coconut and cinnamon drops. Mix well.
Take a heaping tablespoon of dough and roll into a ball.
Place each ball 2" apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake in a preheated oven 10 to 12 minutes.
Remove cookie sheet from oven and place cookies on cooling rack.
Yield: Approximately 4 dozen cookies
