Drain & wash tamales. Place a layer of tamales in a 11/2 quart casserole. Add half of the chili. Cover
with half of the onion. Add half of the cheese. Repeat, but do not add remaining cheese. Cover with plastic
wrap. Microwave at medium high (70%) until onion is tender, 6 to 7 minutes. Sprinkle remaining cheese
on top. Microwave at medium high (70%) until cheese is melted, 11/2 to 2 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
Variation: Spread chili in a 11x7" baking pan. Place tamales on chili. Sprinkle with onion and cheese.
Bake in a 350 degree F oven for 30 min.
Serve with Sour Cream and chopped green onions.
