Sausage and Wild Rice

1 box Uncle Ben's Wild Rice1
lb. sausage (Hot)1 small can water
chestnuts (sliced)2 small cans mushrooms1
can chicken broth1 T. "Pick-A-Pepper"
sauce

Cook rice per box instructions. Brown sausage and drain. Combine rice, sausage, mushroom, and water chestnuts
in a baking dish. Make a cream sauce with 2 Tablespoons butter, 1/2 cup flour, chicken broth and "Pick-A-Pepper"
sauce. Pour over the wild rice mixture. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes.
