Oriental Chicken Casserole
2 cups Chow Mein Noodles--divided
3 cups cooked diced chicken or turkey
1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms--drained
3 tablespoons soy sauce

1/2 cup chopped cashews
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup diced celery
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion

Pour 1 cup of the Chow Mein noodles in the bottom of an ungreased 11 x 7-inch baking dish. In large bowl,
mix remaining ingredients and pour on top of noodles. Cover with remaining 1 cup of Chow Mein noodles.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes, or until heated thoroughly. Serves 4 to 6.
