2 lbs. Ground Beef
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
2 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Sugar
4 small cans Tomatoe Sauce
12 oz. pkg. Liguini Noodles

1 (8 oz.) ctn. Cream Cheese, softened
1 pt. Sour Cream
5 Green Onions, chopped
2 cups grated Cheddar Cheese

Brown and drain ground beef. Add salt, garlic, sugar and tomato sauce. Simmer for 15 min. Mix Cream Cheese,Sour
Cream and Green Onions. Set aside. Cook noodles, rinse and drain. Layer in a 13 x 9" baking dish,
half of the noodles, sauce, cheddar cheese and the cream cheese mixture. Repeat layers.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
