Biscuit and Beef Casserole
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup ketchup
1 can biscuits
|
Saute beef and onions in skillet until brown. Drain. Combine milk, soup and cream cheese in bowl. Add
salt, ketchup and beef; mix well. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Place
biscuits on top. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes longer or until biscuits are golden brown.
