Silver Dollar City Funnel Cake

1 1/3 cup flour
1 1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp soda
2 Tbsp sugar
3/4 tsp baking powder

1 egg, beaten
2/3 cup milk
powdered sugar
1" of hot oil in skillet
|
Sift together flour, soda, salt, sugar and baking powder. Add egg and milk. Beat until smooth. Hold finger
over the funnel hole while filling with batter,remove to drop batter in a spiral motion into a pan filledwith
1 inch of hot oil. When brown turn once, place cake ona paper towel and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
