Mix all ingredients and pour into 3 layer Cake pans (8 or 9 inch round). Bake at 350 until lightly brown,
about 30 - 35 minutes.
Icing:
1 large can of Crushed Pineapple (un-drained)
2 small boxes of instant Vanilla pie filling mix (dry)
1 12 oz container of Cool Whip
