May Day's Snowball Cake

2 pkgs. of unflavored gelatin
4 Tblsp. cold water
1cup boiling water 1 cup sugar
3 Tblsp.lemon juice
1 (20 0z) can of crushed pinapple

1 1/2cups of strawberries pureed in blender
2 pkgs. of dreanwhip topping mix
1 angel food cake broken in chunks
1 cup of coconut 1 (3 0z.) jar marschino cherries
1 (8 oz. ) container cool whip

Soften gelatin in the cold water, add boiling water and stir until dissolved. Add sugar, lemon juice,
pinapple and strawberries. Chill while you prepare 2 pkg. of dream whip according to directions. Fold
into gelatin mixture . Starting with cake, alternate layers of cake and gelatin mixture in 9 x 13 pyrex
flat pan. Chill over nite. The next day spread coolwhip over the top of cake, sprinkle with coconut and
garnish with cherries. ENJOY.
